Examination

 

Regular periodical tests,daily assessment and project making will be held in addition to:-

Formative Assessment

• FA-1 in May and FA-3 in December
• FA-2  and  FA-4  are project based
• Summative  Assessment SA-1 in September and SA-2  in February

Promotion will depend on these Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE). Children of K.G. to Class IV will have weekly test on every Monday and grading system will  be followed.

Pupils absent from examination for any reason are not re-examined  and those absent from an examination without valid, grave  and genuine  reasons will  be considered as having failed. In case of illness, a doctor's certificate will have to be produced.

No candidate will be admitted to any of the examinations unless all school  dues have been paid in full.

Wilful breaking of any of the regulations  for the conduct of examination or , if  subsequently discovered, with cancellation  of the paper.

The students are strictly forbidden to borrow any stationary/articles from other students in the examination hall.

copying, consulting and  answer slips to the examination  hall will be  liable to the cancellation of the paper and no re-exam will be allowed.

No examination or unit test will be held for the absentees  before or after  the scheduled  time.

Answer  papers  of the Final Examination will not be shown to the parents  under any circumstances.
